Even as we impart education to match the advancement in technology and globalization, we march our children ahead with the ethos of moral values and principles.
“Purpose Inspires. Values Guide. Habits Define.” DCIS follows a strong value-based education program under the guidance of VbE, United Kingdom. This is integrated with The Leader in Me (LiM) program based on 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey which is a synthesis of universal, timeless principles of personal and interpersonal effectiveness, such as responsibility, vision, integrity, teamwork and collaboration.
Professional learning communities and in-service training programs are set up to improve the teachers’ pedagogical skills on a regular basis. We strive to create greater awareness amongst our parents and students through career talks and orientation programs.
